- Harvest or collect user email addresses, phone numbers, or personal data without consent.
- Use automated scraping bots, scripts, or crawler tools to extract platform data without explicit authorization.
- Interfere with, compromise, or disrupt platform security, servers, or database structures.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, UI layouts, database design, platform branding, logos, and written content on EverywhereProperty are the exclusive property of the platform. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation of our platform assets is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
EverywhereProperty acts strictly as a listing intermediary platform. We do not directly broker real estate transactions, guarantee property accuracy, or verify financial representations made by third-party agents. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from property transactions, communication outages, or user interactions.
